Dumpster Day
October 5 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
The dumpster will be delivered near the corner of Hollen and Yorkshire.
We also collect canned goods for the C.A.R.E.S. food pantry at the dumpster location.
The dumpster’s typically delivered in the morning, but the city may deliver it as late as 1 p.m. Neither the LWCA, nor the volunteers who monitor the dumpster, have control over the delivery time. We usually send an email alert as soon as it arrives (email communciations@lakewalker.org to subscribe to our email alerts).
We encourage you to dump, within the guidelines below, as soon as you can after delivery.
Individuals involved with coordination and supervision of the dumpsters are volunteers — please treat them with respect! We MUST comply with the guidelines below or we risk losing access to this service. If you witness someone breaking the rules, please remind them of this!
